Ultra-S Series SSD
The RIDATA 2.5" SSD supports Serial ATA (Native SATA 2) standard. It delivers 1.5 GB/s and 3 GB/s transfer speeds at SATA interface. This product present high read/write access efficiency; up to 145/130 MBps at RIDATA Ultra speed SSD .
Besides it also offers an excellent stability and reliability with SLC NAND to secure it can meet the 4 million hours of MTBF requirement. The RIDATA 2.5" SATA SSD designed in the system could provides more advantages than conventional hard disks (HDD), such as system boot time, application launch time, up to 10x/3x faster random small index data read/write… etc. Apart from performance these factors, characteristics compare to HDD, like robustness to prevent the unrecoverable data from power outage in operation or in rugged environment to endure high shock/ vibration. SSD has a better reliable feature; that secure the MTBF and data integrity and all these since the solid state technology is adopted.
